Cynthia Newell has been in residential real estate since 1988, following a career in business publishing where she was a top-producing advertising sales representative and Director of Advertising for a business magazine owned by Yankee Publishing, Inc. She brought to real estate a background not only in sales but also in marketing, which explains the focus she puts on creating and implementing exceptional marketing for her listings. Since her first year in the business, Cynthia has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer and has received awards (including President's Club) and recognition both for her production and for her outstanding level of service to clients. She is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and is a board member and VP of Membership for the Central Middlesex Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors. Cynthia has been a resident of Sudbury since 1985 and her two children are graduates of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. In addition to having received extensive specialized training in Relocation and Corporate Homes, Cynthia was one of the first Realtors in Massachusetts to receive the national designation of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). She also holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, and is currently a member of CRS working on the Certified Residential Specialist program of advanced study. Cynthia's goal is always to be sensitive to a client's needs and help create the best possible homebuying or homeselling experience through attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent service at every stage of the process.
